By booking an appointment I agree to the booking and cancellation policy below. At Maia Therapies we understand that the unexpected cannot always be expected, and you may need to change your appointment time or date. Please do your best to reschedule your booking with as much notice as possible

 

-I agree to my card details being captured on the Timely booking system

-I agree to keep Maia Therapies informed more than 24 hours before my appointment if there is any change to my health or my pregnancy. Failure to do so may result in my booking being cancelled and being charged full price

-I understand that I cannot have a Pregnancy Massage at less than 16 weeks pregnant

-I agree that if I cancel or re-arrange within 24 hours of my appointment, or do not attend, I will be charged the full cost of my appointment

-I agree that if I cancel within 48 hours of my appointment I will be charged 50% of the value of the appointment
